We are a US based company, with most of our Senior Management team strategically placed within the US. Each customer is a valued partner to our firm and has full access to senior management as needed. Our office in Madurai, India is 100% owned by Solartis and is under the direction of Srini Alagarsamy, our Chief Operating Officer (link to Srini's profile). Srini's management style and rigorous hiring practices are the backbone of our BPO operation and technical platform.
