The primary objective of Solartis BPO is to reduce your policy administration costs. As part of your evaluation activities, Solartis will provide a cost benefit analysis outlining your costs savings. To date, our customers average a cost savings of 1/3rd compared to their current in-house processing costs. All our contracts are renewable on an annual basis giving our customers the flexibility of no long-term commitments. To ensure customer satisfaction we provide an "opt out" clause for our 1st quarter of services.
