As President, Richardson is responsible for overseeing Solartis corporate operations, and working closely with the leadership team to develop the company's business strategy. He brings a wealth of experience in enterprise software and the insurance industry.

Prior to co-founding Solartis, Richardson was a senior vice president at ePolicy Solutions, a leading provider of insurance quote and policy management solutions. He previously served as a national head of Medicare insurance at Kaiser Permanente and as an associate principal at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on serving clients in the insurance industry.

Richardson has an MBA from Harvard University and a BS from the University of London, England.

Siby Nidhiry - Chief Technology Officer

Nidhiry is responsible for the Solartis Platform architecture, engineering, ensuring performance & availability, and for internal software development, staff training, technology selection and hosting solutions. He brings over 20 years of relevant experience in developing and delivering software-based business transaction solutions.

Prior to co-founding Solartis, Nidhiry worked in a variety of technology roles at Inventa, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based technology consulting company. Nidhiry worked at Inventa as Director of Technology, focusing on enterprise architecture, defining software engineering standards & procedures, enterprise application development, new technology product offerings which includes technology frameworks and enterprise systems for insurance industry clients.

Previously Nidhiry worked on a variety of projects involving Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to co-exist & inter-operate where enterprise applications and services runs on heterogeneous environment, technology, platform and network. His experience include distributed object modeling, design, development and deployment of distributed transaction based systems and services in various Distributed Computing Technologies using CORBA, J2EE, COM/DCOM, Message Oriented Middleware (MOM).

Nidhiry holds a MS in Computer Applications from University of Kerala, India. In addition, he also holds a BS degree in Electronic & Communications and a BS degree in Physics from University of Kerala, India.

Srinivasan Alagarsamy - Chief Operating Officer

Alagarsamy is responsible for managing Solartis day-to-day operations, including business transaction processing, quality control operations, customer support, and real estate and facilities. As one of the Solartis founders, he brings over 20 years of experience and leadership in project leadership, software operations, technology solutions delivery and professional services to its management team.

Prior to co-founding Solartis, Alagarsamy worked in a variety of project management roles at Inventa, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based technology consulting company. Most recently at Inventa, Alagarsamy worked for 2 years as Program Manager for an insurance industry customer developing a quote and policy administration solution.

Alagarsamy has a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Diploma in Systems Design and Development from Madurai Kamaraj University, India.

Carol Mowry - Vice President, Business Development

Mowry oversees all Solartis P&C insurance business development initiatives.

She has been working in the P&C insurance industry throughout her entire career. Mowry started as an underwriter for USF&G, followed by managing the family independent insurance agency in Southampton, NY, for 8 years.

Fascinated by technology, she moved into the insurance software sector where she honed her skills in insurance process improvement and technology solutions. Working for CGI (formerly ISI Systems) for 9 years, IDP for 4 years, and ePolicy / Insurity for 5 years, Mowry's contributions included Business Analyst work, Customer Training, Sales Support activities as well as New Business Development.

Mowry attributes her success to her strong background in insurance, her understanding of carrier and agent requirements and goals, and her ability to provide solutions that deliver real business benefits and financial value.
